Supply, installation and commissioning of Siemens S7-300 PLC upgrade. This was our second major PLC project, building on our first S7-300 engagement. Works included full panel fabrication, I/O wiring, programme development and site commissioning.
Scope of Works
- Site survey and existing system documentation
- Siemens S7-300 CPU supply and panel fabrication
- I/O wiring and cable labelling
- PLC programme development and testing
- Site acceptance test (SAT)
- As-built documentation
Project Outcome
Project completed on time. Handover accepted by client without punch list. Strengthened our Siemens PLC capability and led to repeat business from this client.
